Job Title: High-Voltage Inverter Mechanical Design Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop mechanical packaging, structures, and thermal management systems for high-voltage power inverters.
  • Expertise in HV Inverter Mechanical Design and development.
  • Proficient in understanding of High voltage Inverter components like Power modules, DC Link capacitor, EMC filter, Shielding's.
  • Familiarity with clearances and creepage.
  • Knowledge on basic simulations on Structural, Thermal, etc.
  • Advanced/expert in Unigraphics NX (Modelling, Drafting, Plastic & casting design, Generative sheet metal, Generative shape design, DMU).
  • Strong drafting knowledge and adherence to international standards best practices.
  • Understanding of Geometrical Dimensioning and Tolerancing.
  • Experience with design for manufacturing and assembly (DFM/DFA).
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Effective communication skills with ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in HV inverter mechanical design and development.
