Technical Consultant Position

Job Description

This role requires collaboration with stakeholders to capture technical requirements, analyzing business needs, and delivering optimal solutions for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O).

Key Responsibilities
  • Capture Comprehensive Technical Requirements: Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure all technical requirements are captured.
  • Analyze Business Needs: Analyze requirements from business leads and stakeholders to deliver required technical solutions.
  • Provide Technical Support: Provide technical support for the D365 F&O platform.
  • Determine Best Solutions: Understand business needs, determine best technical solutions, and leverage default D365 capabilities to align with strategic objectives.
  • Support Testing Activities: Support testing activities and training end users if required.
  • Assist with Integration: Assist with integration of D365 F&O and CE with custom / 3rd party applications as needed.
  • Ensure System Optimization: Ensure MS standards are followed, and the system is configured optimally for performance.
  • Maintain and Support Application: Maintain, manage, and support the D365 application post-implementation.
  • Manage Version Control: Manage version control for custom code, builds, releases, and deployment.
  • Design Technical Solutions: Work closely with functional consultants to design MS D365 technical solutions.
  • Develop Quality Documentation: Develop quality documentation according to industry standards.
  • Manage Security Roles: Manage and maintain security roles and user access management.
  • Support DRA and Printer Requirements: Support DRA, printer, and scanner-related requirements.
  • Create and Manage Workflows: Create, manage, and maintain workflows.
  • Manage Batch Jobs: Create, manage, maintain, and monitor batch jobs.

Requirements
