We are seeking a highly skilled technical project manager to oversee the development and implementation of intelligent automation and generative-AI programs.

The successful candidate will own end-to-end delivery, translating business goals into scalable technical roadmaps while coordinating cross-functional engineering, data science, security, and operations teams.

The ideal candidate will have 6–8 years in technical project or program management, with at least 2 years leading AI/ML initiatives.

Demonstrated delivery of GenAI or LLM-based solutions is required, as well as hands-on familiarity with RPA toolchains and process-mining platforms.

About the Role:
  • Define project scope, success metrics, and release plans for GenAI, Agentic AI, and RPA solutions.
  • Build and maintain detailed schedules, sprint plans, risk registers, and dependency maps.
  • Drive discovery workshops to capture business processes and identify automation or agentic opportunities.
  • Partner with solution architects to select models (LLMs, diffusion, hybrid), prompt-engineering patterns, and orchestration frameworks (LangChain, AutoGen, AgentOps, etc.).
  • Oversee development and deployment of RPA bots (UiPath, Automation Anywhere) and AI agents on AWS, or GCP.
  • Champion secure-by-design practices, ensuring model governance, data privacy, and Responsible AI compliance.
  • Establish KPIs—cost per transaction, latency, agent autonomy level, bot uptime—and deliver regular executive dashboards.
Key Requirements:
  • A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related engineering field
  • Proven command of Agile, Scrum, and Kanban rituals; Jira and Confluence power user
  • Solid grasp of cloud-native architectures, microservices, APIs, Docker/Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines
  • Strong data literacy: SQL, basic Python, prompt engineering, and model evaluation metrics (BLEU, ROUGE, hallucination rate)
Preferred Skills:
  • Prior work with agent frameworks (Open-AI Agents, BabyAGI, Auto-GPT) or autonomous RPA orchestration
  • Knowledge of process-mining tools (Celonis, UiPath Process Mining)
  • Certification: PMP, PMI-ACP, Prince2, or SAFe POPM
