Job Title: Innovation Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative individual to join our team as an Innovation Specialist.

  • Main Responsibilities:

  • Design and Technical Support: Develop and implement design calculations, simulations, and analyses to support production and quality teams.

  • Market Analysis: Conduct market trend analysis and competitive landscape evaluations to identify opportunities for innovation and cost optimization.

  • Technical Expertise: Possess strong understanding of technical aspects of R&D, including research methodologies, product development processes, and relevant technologies.

  • Product Lifecycle Management: Oversee entire product lifecycle, from ideation to validation, ensuring products meet quality standards and market needs.

  • Cost Reduction: Identify and implement cost reduction projects, utilizing expertise in project management and cost optimization.

  • Design Documentation: Prepare design documentation according to new product development and release procedures.

  • Automotive Design: Understand automotive design and development methods, including characterization and approval of new materials.

  • Quality Support: Provide technical support to the Quality department, handling quality issues related to raw materials.

We require the candidate to have hands-on experience in cost reduction projects, project management, and automotive design and development methods. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of technical aspects of R&D, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
