Job Description:

We are seeking an exceptional Digital Transformation Expert to lead our Artificial Intelligence (AI) efforts as an AI Tech Lead. This role is crucial in establishing and governing our Consumer GenAI Tech ecosystem, working across internal and external teams, tech partners, and marketing.

Responsibilities:
  • Spearhead the technical development and architectural design of the Consumer GenAI ecosystem, including implementation of Responsible AI capabilities, RAG techniques, and Model Performance.
  • Oversee technology delivery of key capabilities, identify dependencies, clarify priorities across teams, and ensure work progresses as per plan.
  • Lead the technical strategy for integrating diverse data sources and systems across the Consumer Data Platforms and AI capabilities, ensuring robust, secure, and compliant data flows.
  • Engage with organizational stakeholders to gather requirements, pinpoint technical gaps, and engineer solutions that enhance data utility and consumer insights.
  • Collaborate with internal and external data scientists and engineers to detail technical specifications, roadmaps, and quality standards.
  • Direct interactions with Architecture, Application/Platform, and Technical Product teams to guide technology selections, favoring scalable and cost-effective solutions.
Requirements:
  • Experience in leading technical teams and managing complex IT projects from conception through to implementation, ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives.
  • In-depth understanding of machine learning (ML), deep learning, natural language processing (NLP), and computer vision.
  • Ability to design and implement scalable AI computing infrastructures and application stacks for efficient ML operations.
  • Prompt Engineering experience/knowledge: crafting effective prompts that guide the LLM towards generating the desired output while incorporating retrieved information.
  • Understanding of the technical aspects of RAG models, how to retrieve relevant information from knowledge bases and integrate it with LLM output.
  • Proficient in Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services, with hands-on experience in architecting and deploying scalable cloud-based solutions for data processing, reporting, and analytics.
Salary:

$120,000 - $160,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
