Web3 Social Media Manager

Our ideal candidate will be a skilled and experienced social media manager with a passion for Web3. They will have a deep understanding of the blockchain and its applications, as well as experience creating engaging content for various platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Content Strategy: Develop and execute content strategies that align with our goals and objectives, including creating content calendars, identifying key themes and topics, and assisting our design lead with client design briefs.
  • Client-side Content Management: Client-side content management experience, including editing, cross-checking facts, and delivering final work.
  • Project Coordination: Coordinate and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring that deadlines are met while maintaining quality. This may involve working closely with internal teams as well as freelancers.
  • Social Media Campaigns: Manage social media campaigns end-to-end (planning, execution, and analysis), staying on top of trends and capitalizing on timely opportunities in the Web3 space.
  • Content Research: Identify and fill content gaps, always keeping an eye on trending topics and discussions in the blockchain, NFT, and DeFi communities.
  • Project Management Tools: Use project management tools like Notion and Trello to organize and track campaigns, ensuring smooth execution and timely delivery.

You Should Have:

  • Experience writing threads or short-form social content 
  • Experience across various content formats such as Crypto technical docs, X threads, Posts, Discord announcements, and crypto blogs is preferred.
  • A solid background in Web3, with particular knowledge of gaming and crypto ecosystems. You should be comfortable discussing everything from DeFi and NFTs to GameFi and DAOs.
  • Understanding of Twitter's algorithm, best posting times, and engagement strategies.
  • An eye for spotting and capitalizing on trending topics in the Web3 space.
  • Understanding of how to craft tweets that encourage likes, retweets, and replies.
