Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Workday Performance Configurator to join our team at Hexaware Technologies. This role requires strong technical skills and knowledge of Workday HCM, with a focus on performance configuration and reporting.

The successful candidate will have hands-on experience with Workday taxonomies, particularly in the area of performance management. They will also possess strong reporting skills, including the ability to create complex reports and calculated fields, as well as report transformations.

A team player with excellent customer-facing skills is required, along with the ability to adhere to processes and guidelines. Workday certification is highly desirable, and previous experience working in Agile environments is preferred.

The ideal candidate will have 6-9 years of experience in a similar role and be based in Chennai, Mumbai, Pune, or Bangalore. They must be able to work effectively in a team environment and communicate clearly with colleagues and customers.
