Job Title: Risk Management and Payments Head

Overview: We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our risk management strategy and operations.

As the head of risk management and payments, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure playing environment. You will also oversee the entire payment operation, including the management of all deposit and withdrawal gateways.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a safe and secure playing environment
  • Oversee the entire payment operation
  • Manage all deposit and withdrawal gateways
  • Monitor transaction success rates and implement corrective actions
  • Ensure continuous improvement in payment operations

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in developing and implementing risk management, payments and responsible play strategies
  • Competence in data analysis and database tools
  • Attention to details and an investigative bent of mind
  • A methodical approach and ability to multi-task
  • Good team mentoring and management skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to work and deliver in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications:

It is highly desirable that you hold a bachelor's degree in mathematics, finance, analytics or engineering.
