Main Responsibilities:
- Assist clients in purchasing life insurance products tailored to their needs and goals.
- Maintain exceptional responsiveness with prospects throughout the sales process.
- Navigate complex sales cycles with top insurers to deliver best-in-class experiences for customers.
- Liaise with partner insurers to develop and enhance product offerings, manage daily operations regarding policy booking, placement, and post-sales services.
Key Requirements:
- 0-3 years of sales experience, preferably in fast-growing BFSI/B2C Sales or related fields.
- The ability to execute credible and articulate face-to-face, phone, and email conversations.
- The ability to pitch complex ideas and products in a compelling way.
- Capacity to work under tight targets and timelines while maintaining a strong challenger mindset to collaborate with multiple partners.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new situations.
- Experience working with insur-tech, insurer, or broker agencies is a significant plus.
- Background in financial services, personal finance, or wealth management is a valuable asset.
