Lead Product Designer

We're seeking a visionary product designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for user-centered design and a deep understanding of design patterns.

This role offers the opportunity to shape the future of our platform by defining the strategy and vision for integrating new AI-driven features.

The successful candidate will collaborate with designers, product managers, engineers, and researchers to design intuitive experiences that help revenue teams succeed.

This is an L3 role offering the chance to supervise/mentor other product designers.

  • Define the user experience for AI-powered features from concept to delivery.
  • Identify opportunities to integrate automated workflows and insights across multiple touchpoints.
  • Conduct user research and analyze data to inform design decisions.
  • Design scalable, AI-enhanced analytics solutions for B2B SaaS.
  • Create frameworks and patterns for consistent visualization approaches.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Mentor junior designers in a collaborative learning environment.

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A minimum of 6-8 years' experience in product design, specifically in B2B SaaS environments.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating complex problem-solving.
  • A strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
  • Solid systems thinking skills.
  • Experience with Figma and prototyping tools.
