Performance Marketing Specialist Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Performance Marketing Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms. Your primary goal will be to drive student acquisition and revenue growth through measurable results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement performance marketing strategies to achieve targeted ROAS/CPL goals
- Analyze campaign performance using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Google Data Studio) and provide data-driven insights for optimization
- Manage budgets and allocate resources efficiently to maximize quality of lead generation
- Create and optimize ad copies, creatives, and landing pages for improved conversion rates
- Conduct A/B testing of ads and landing pages to enhance campaign performance
- Collaborate with the content, design, and sales teams to ensure campaign alignment with overall business objectives
- Track KPIs such as CTR, CPL, CPA, ROAS, etc., and report campaign performance regularly
- Stay up-to-date with platform changes, industry trends, and best practices
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in running paid ad campaigns (Google, Meta), programmatic ads, media buying
- Strong understanding of performance metrics and ability to analyze and interpret data
- Experience with tools like Google Ads Manager, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Tag Manager, DV360, and Excel
- Strong copywriting and creative judgment skills
- Good communication and project management abilities
