Job Title: Visual Designer

We are seeking a talented Visual Designer to join our team. As a Visual Designer, you will be responsible for crafting compelling visual stories across digital and print touchpoints.

  • Craft visually appealing landing pages, banners, and on-site creatives for our website.
  • Create engaging social media posts and ad creatives that capture the audience's attention.
  • Design infographics, headers, and supporting visuals for articles in our blog.
  • Develop visually appealing and mobile-friendly email templates for our marketing campaigns.
  • Design banners, booths, brochures, and merchandise for events.
  • Edit videos for campaigns and create basic animations to enhance digital content.

To succeed as a Visual Designer, you will need:

  • A minimum of 2-5 years of experience in design, preferably in marketing or creative agencies.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing your digital, print, and motion design work.
  • Proficiency in Figma for day-to-day design work.
  • Experience with tools for video editing and animation, such as After Effects, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, CapCut, Canva, or equivalents.
  • Awareness of digital marketing trends and platform-specific design best practices.
  • The ability to balance creativity with timelines and business needs.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across marketing, sales, and product teams.
