Responsibilities

  • Accounting Functions:">
    • ">
    • Calculate daily Net Asset Value (NAV) to ensure accurate financial reporting.">
    • Review Middle Office Procedures and custodian reconciliations to identify discrepancies and notify the Supervisor.">
    • Perform tasks related to Financial Analysis, including Profit & Loss statements, cash flow projections, and foreign exchange transfers.">
    • Review General Ledger exceptions, identify causes, and make necessary adjustments.">
    • Verify performance by analyzing income/expense journals for validity.">

  • Managerial Responsibilities:">
    • ">
    • Supervise direct reports, providing guidance, training, and support to help them meet their objectives.">
    • Identify and develop team members' skills, promoting growth and development within the organization.">
    • Train new employees on clients, processes, and procedures, while troubleshooting and problem-solving as needed.">
    • Provide constructive feedback to team members, assisting them in meeting their goals.">
    • Recognize and address training needs for team members.">
    • Ensure team members are aware of policies, controls, and procedures.">
