Job Overview

As a seasoned Security Managed Services Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional technical expertise and fostering strong relationships with our clients.

This challenging and dynamic position requires an individual with outstanding problem-solving skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring the seamless configuration, installation, testing, and operation of assigned infrastructure at client sites
  • Performing thorough checks, applying monitoring tools, and responding promptly to alerts
  • Identifying and resolving problems and errors prior to or during their occurrence, logging all incidents in a timely manner with the required level of detail
  • Assisting in analyzing, assigning, and escalating support calls
  • Investigating third-line support calls, identifying root causes, and reporting findings to relevant stakeholders
  • Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues and deliver high-quality solutions

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Managed Services Engineer with a focus on security infrastructure
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a passion for staying up-to-date with emerging technologies
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with colleagues and clients
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing circumstances and priorities
  • Relevant certifications such as CCNP, PCNSE, or Firewall Vendor-related certifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in IT/Computing, or demonstrated equivalent work experience
