Highly Vigilant Security SpecialistWe are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Highly Vigilant Security Specialist to join our team. This critical role involves maintaining the highest security standards, ensuring effective threat assessment, and safeguarding company property.Responsibilities:    Maintain security standards strictly as per established protocols.    Ensure effective threat assessment and response capability to mitigate potential risks.    Achieve departmental goals and diligently follow up on their implementation.    Perform all duties strictly as per the comprehensive Security Program.    Maintain performance standards and communicate effectively with the shift team to ensure seamless operations.    Continuously monitor the Quality System and the level of conformance to ensure adherence to security procedures.    Secure quality levels and optimize resource usage within the security function.    Be fully aware of emergency response procedures, rules, and regulations, and act accordingly.    Acquire and maintain necessary job-related skills through continuous learning and development.    Maintain work procedures as per company requirements, ensuring consistency and compliance.    Participate actively in development dialogues with team leaders to enhance security practices.    Control theft and pilferage of company property, safeguarding assets.Required Skills and Qualifications:    Key Requirements:    Strong understanding of security protocols and procedures.    Ability to perform effective threat assessment and response.    Excellent observational skills and attention to detail.    Good communication skills for team coordination and reporting.    Capability to maintain high performance standards under varying conditions.    Proactive approach to problem-solving and issue resolution.    Knowledge of emergency response procedures.    High level of integrity and trustworthiness.Education and Experience:    Essential Qualifications:    Relevant educational background for a security role.    Prior experience in security operations is beneficial.    Ability to work in a dynamic and potentially demanding environment.
