We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Architect to join our team. As a key member of the data engineering team, you will play a critical role in designing and implementing scalable data pipelines that meet business needs.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in building and automating complex data architectures, with a strong focus on data warehousing, ETL processes, and software development. You will be responsible for:

  • Designing and implementing efficient data pipelines using Databricks (Spark) and Python/R programming languages.
  • Developing and maintaining robust data models, including data governance and quality control procedures.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver data-driven insights and reporting solutions.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills:

  • Strong knowledge of SQL, Databricks (Spark), and Python/R programming languages.
  • Experience with data warehousing and ETL processes.
  • Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms such as Snowflake or AWS Redshift.
  • Hands-on experience with YAML configuration management and debugging.
  • Strong problem-solving and debugging skills in data engineering workflows.

In addition to technical skills, you will need to possess excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
