Job Title: Tax Leadership Manager

The Tax Leadership Manager role offers a unique opportunity to excel in a dynamic and challenging environment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading tax advisory engagements and delivering exceptional results to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage tax advisory engagements with minimal supervision
  • Deliver high-quality tax opinions, notes, and email responses on day-to-day client matters
  • Ensure compliance with tax regulations through accurate filing of tax returns, withholding tax statements, and other tax filings
  • Represent clients in tax assessment and litigation proceedings before tax authorities
  • Develop and train junior team members for their professional growth and development
  • Provide tax technology solutions to clients through licensing and internal managed services
  • Serve as the single point of contact (SPOC) for end-to-end tax operations engagements
  • Manage internal client codes, time logging, invoicing, and collections
  • Contribute to business development by identifying new opportunities and optimizing existing ones
  • Collaborate with other tax services lines and business functions for multi-disciplinary client requirements

Requirements:

  • CA-5-7 years' Experience in Direct Taxation
  • Strong technical knowledge
  • Analytical skills & conceptual clarity
  • Eye for Details & Innovation thinking
  • Time and cost management skill
  • Managing & Leading a Team
  • Effective communication and presentation skills
