SAP Delivery Management is a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of SAP applications across business units. As an experienced SAP Delivery / AMS Manager, you will lead service delivery, oversee incident and problem management, and drive service improvement initiatives. Your expertise in managing onshore/offshore teams, tracking service delivery performance, and ensuring SLA compliance will be crucial in delivering high-quality service to clients.Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage SAP AMS operations across multiple modules and landscapes.
  • Oversight of incident, problem, and change management processes to ensure timely resolution and SLA compliance.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for business stakeholders and IT leadership for AMS-related issues.
  • Monitor and track service delivery performance, ensuring adherence to defined SLAs, KPIs, and governance standards.
  • Coordinate with onshore/offshore teams to ensure effective resource utilization and 24/7 support coverage.
  • Drive service improvement initiatives, root cause analysis, and proactive problem prevention.
  • Support financial management of AMS contracts, including tracking effort, costs, and renewals.
  • Ensure compliance with ITIL processes and best practices for SAP AMS delivery.
  • Collaborate with project teams during rollouts, upgrades, and transition to steady-state support.

Required Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of SAP experience with at least 5+ years in AMS/Service Delivery Management.
  • Strong knowledge of SAP incident, problem, and change management processes.
  • Hands-on experience with ticketing tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Remedy, Solution Manager, Jira).
  • Proven track record in managing onshore/offshore support models.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Familiarity with ITIL framework and best practices in AMS delivery.
