International Voice Process

About the Job:

We are seeking a Trainee Process Consultant to join our team in the International Voice Process. As a Trainee Process Consultant, you will be responsible for processing claims, handling customer inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction through timely and accurate resolutions.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process claims according to established guidelines and procedures.
  • Maintain customer satisfaction ratings by adhering to client SLAs.
  • Utilize company policies to resolve customer issues efficiently.
  • Input and update customer records in the company platform.
  • Ensure quick and accurate decision-making to resolve customer queries.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Freshers only (Graduates: BCom, BSC, BBA, BPharma (Only Non Tech Graduates - 2022, 2023 & 2024 passouts)
  • Candidate should be flexible with any given shifts.
  • Working Days: Five days working (Saturday & Sunday fixed week offs)
  • Transportation: Two Way Cab provided
