Industry Expert Wanted for ERP Implementation Role

We are seeking an experienced ERP implementation professional to join our team. This role involves working closely with clients to understand their business needs and translating these requirements into practical solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with decision-makers and key stakeholders to gather requirements and develop optimal business processes aligned with ERP functionality
  • Analyze manufacturing business processes and design methods to implement them using the ERP application
  • Conduct functional assessments at client sites within manufacturing, distribution, and planning areas
  • Configure and test ERP systems to meet specific business requirements
  • Assist with full-site implementations and upgrades, including pilot testing, data validation, development of data transformation rules, and post-implementation support
  • Troubleshoot ERP anomalies and process issues
  • Maintain documentation related to ERP implementation and upgrade
  • Interact with business users for training, problem-solving, and automation of business processes
  • Identify opportunities to improve current processes and procedures
  • Evaluate the impact of system changes and ensure effective delivery of application functionality and integration
  • Facilitate communication between clients and developers to define custom programming needs
  • Meet project deadlines and deliver results

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in implementing or supporting ERP applications, with a strong preference for candidates with experience in BaaN implementation in manufacturing, distribution, or planning environments
  • Thorough knowledge of Infor LN 10.7 On-prem or Cloud Edition modules, particularly Manufacturing, Engineering, and Demand Planning (MFG, BOM, ROU)
  • Knowledge of tp-Project module and Product Configurator is an added advantage
  • Understanding of Supply Chain modules (Purchase, Sales, Central invoicing) is also beneficial
  • Strong functional expertise in relevant areas, with business experience in similar domains preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to create Functional Specifications and execute test cases
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; equivalent experience in Materials Management, Supply Chain, Warehouse Management, or Factory Supervision is considered
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences

Bonus Requirements:

  • Ability to speak a European language like French, German, or Italian as an added advantage
  • Willingness to travel to on-site locations as per project needs
