We are seeking a skilled editor to join our team. As a leading sports digital media publication, we attract millions of readers and aim to provide high-quality content.

The editorial team plays a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and quality of our articles. This involves verifying facts, proofreading, and enhancing content before it goes live on our website.

Responsibilities:

  • Edit and publish 20-25 articles daily.
  • Proofread articles for errors and check plagiarism.
  • Research to ensure factual accuracy and identify incorrect claims.
  • Publish articles in a timely fashion for priority news-based content.
  • Mentor writers to improve their quality, output, and performance.
  • Coordinate daily operations with the sport division team.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 6-12 months of experience in proofreading and/or content editing.
  • Leadership experience and people management skills are an asset.
