Main Responsibilities
  • Carry out comprehensive client implementation of HighRadius Cloud products from start to finish.
  • Develop SQL scripts for data collection and configuration.
  • Oversee projects through various phases, including requirement gathering, design, configuration, testing, cutover, go-live, and post-implementation support.
  • Builddynamite relationships with clients and manage them effectively.
  • Closely collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy projects with agreed key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Test end-to-end process flows and drive adoption by providing hands-on user journey training.
Skill & Experience Requirements
  • A minimum of 2-4 years of professional services experience.
  • A degree from a reputable university.
  • A good understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) processes and functional consulting experience.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, problem-solving, presentation, organizational, and collaboration skills.
  • Exposure to international clients and projects.
