The position of a Building Information Modelling Manager entails overseeing numerous architecture, MEP (mechanical, electrical, plumbing & firefighting) projects simultaneously. With extensive experience in the field, key responsibilities include team management, project coordination, client liaison, business development, budget oversight, and implementation of industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage multiple BIM projects concurrently to ensure successful execution from inception to completion.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and workflows to optimize project delivery.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to project teams on established BIM standards and methodologies.
  • Proactively address project-related challenges and issues, including QA/QC and Clash Co-ordination.
BIM Project Coordination

Client Liaison
