Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing supplier registration activities, processing purchase orders, and negotiating contracts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supplier Management: Manage the supplier registration process across multiple locations, ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations.
  • Purchase Order Processing: Process purchase orders and follow up on requirements to ensure timely delivery.
  • Contract Negotiation: Negotiate contracts with suppliers and manage their performance to ensure compliance with agreed terms.
  • Vendor Development: Develop and evaluate new vendors to meet the organization's procurement needs.
  • Database Management: Maintain a comprehensive supplier database and ensure all procurement activities are in compliance with local laws and regulations.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in managing supplier registration processes.
  • In-depth knowledge of procurement and related tools.
  • Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Working knowledge of SAP HANA and ARIBA SLP and MS Office tools.
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
