Job Title: Senior Team Lead

Senior Team Leads are experienced professionals who lead teams of engineers in designing and implementing advanced control systems for large-scale automation solutions.

As a Senior Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading and mentoring a team of Controls Engineers, ensuring skill and competency development. You will also manage team escalations, daily resource allocation, hiring, and subcontracting activities.

  • Leadership and Mentorship: Lead and mentor a team of 15+ Controls Engineers, ensuring skill and competency development.
  • Team Management: Manage team escalations, daily resource allocation, hiring, and subcontracting activities.

Key Qualifications

  • Leadership Experience: Strong leadership with proven experience managing 15+ engineers.
  • Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of Siemens PLC (mandatory) and Allen Bradley PLC (preferred).
