Job Title: Control System Specialist

We are seeking an experienced OT System Specialist to manage and support control systems focusing on Allen Bradley PLCs and SCADA platforms. The role involves system troubleshooting, maintenance, programming, diagnostics, and coordination with OEMs and IT teams to ensure high availability and performance of the system.

  • Develop and implement PLC programs for automation systems using industry-standard PLC platforms with a strong background in Allen Bradley.
  • Design, configure, and integrate PLC systems with other automation components such as sensors, drives, HMI, SCADA, and IO modules.
  • Identify and resolve issues related to PLC, SCADA programs, logic, hardware, and communication between systems.
  • Configure and troubleshoot PLC systems in an industrial environment.
  • Perform system integration testing and validation of migrated SCADA systems.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SCADA system migration.
  • Design, configure, and develop HMI, SCADA applications.
  • Perform FAT, on-site commissioning of PLC, SCADA Project.
  • Testing, Commissioning - Perform system testing and debugging ensuring that PLC controlled SCADA systems are operating according to the specifications and requirements.
  • Provide technical support during the installation, commissioning, and maintenance phases of projects. Offer ongoing support to clients for troubleshooting and maintenance of PLC, SCADA systems.
