Job Title: Retail Branch Manager
- Sr. Bank Manager leading retail banking operations in Mumbai.
Description:
The position has been created to enable clear focus on branch management for Mumbai and ensure effective sourcing, profitability, and collection processes as per company norms and procedures.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the area in terms of sales, branch operations, and administration.
- Build a high-quality portfolio for the area.
- Achieve targeted goals for the branches in the area.
- Ensure timely repayments of loans disbursed in the area.
- Maintain and deliver branch productivity.
- Ensure sufficient manpower in every branch to achieve desired results.
- Handhold team members to achieve desired targets.
- Conduct field visits with branch teams to support sourcing and collection efforts.
- Develop and nurture high-performing sales teams.
- Ensure 100% compliance with policies, processes, and regulatory requirements.
- Train team members on products and handholding.
Requirements:
- 5-15 years of experience in sales and collection functions.
- Type of companies/sector worked for: Private commercial banks and large banks.
- Responsibilities managed in previous organizations: Primarily sales and collection functions.
- Languages: Hindi and English.
- Computer skills: Handy with basic Microsoft office tools.
Qualifications:
- Graduation: Any stream.
- Post-graduation: MBA preferred.
- Professional qualifications: Graduate and above.
