We're seeking an Artist Management Professional to spearhead career development initiatives for our esteemed creators. This role will involve identifying opportunities for growth, nurturing relationships with brands, and driving revenue through innovative deal-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Career mapping for Creators, providing comprehensive support for their 360-degree management needs.
- Negotiating brand-led deals, developing concepts, and executing strategies to drive results.
- Servicing daily inquiries from creators across Live, Content, and Brand verticals, ensuring seamless communication.
- Designing live touring plans for creators, securing corporate, college, and ticketed show bookings while amplifying their potential.
- Advising on content development, planning supplementary content pieces, and identifying niche opportunities for creators.
- Fostering collaboration with internal teams to achieve shared goals.
- 1-2 years of experience in artist management, A&R, or related roles.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Able to analyze trends and data to inform decision-making.
This role comes with an estimated annual salary of ₹850,000 - ₹1,200,000 depending on qualifications and performance.
