Senior Leader - PLM Services Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned and accomplished professional to spearhead our PLM services offerings. This role demands in-depth expertise, leadership acumen, and strategic thinking to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing strategic capabilities, driving innovation, scaling delivery, and ensuring customer success through effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Practice Development: Define the strategic roadmap for the PLM practice aligned with business objectives, build and manage practice capabilities, establish technical excellence, and strengthen the PLM service line.
  • Business Growth & Customer Engagement: Collaborate with Sales & Marketing to design and execute go-to-market strategies, support pre-sales activities, drive account development and expansion opportunities, and foster strong relationships with key customers.
  • Delivery Management: Ensure timely, high-quality, and cost-effective delivery of all projects within the practice, implement robust governance frameworks, conduct regular reviews, and manage escalations efficiently.
  • Capability Enhancement: Identify future skill requirements, proactively develop internal competencies through training, mentoring, and hiring, collaborate with HR to attract, retain, and develop top PLM talent, and build a scalable organization.
  • Solution Innovation & Thought Leadership: Drive the creation of reusable IP, frameworks, accelerators, and proprietary solutions, contribute to thought leadership through publications, webinars, and industry events, and stay ahead of emerging market trends.

Key Skills & Requirements:

  • 15-25 years of experience in IT services with at least 5 years in Project/Practice Management.
  • Proven experience in building and scaling practices or Centers of Excellence (COEs).
  • Strong background in one or more PLM platforms.
  • Deep delivery and people management experience across global, cross-functional teams.
  • Strategic thinking, strong business acumen, and demonstrated executive presence.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
