Clinical Growth Officer is a key role in our organization that involves driving product adoption through consultative sales.
This position focuses on building strong relationships with dental professionals, understanding their clinical needs, and promoting relevant dental products and services.
The ideal candidate should be a BDS graduate or professional with 1–2 years of experience in clinical practice or dental sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with dentists across India via phone, WhatsApp, and email to understand their clinical requirements.
- Drive revenue growth by promoting relevant dental products and services.
- Educate and guide dental professionals on the latest technologies, materials, and best practices.
- Maintain and update customer records, interactions, and sales progress in CRM tools.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and logistics teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery.
- Provide clinical insights to improve product offerings and support campaigns.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- BDS graduates (freshers or with up to 2 years of experience in clinical practice or dental sales).
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Passionate about dentistry, digital platforms, and customer success.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
