We are seeking a seasoned Solution Architect to spearhead our DevOps initiative.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, integrate, and manage SCM tools including Bamboo, Bitbucket, Jenkins, and Ansible.
  • Standardize and optimize CI/CD pipelines to support multiple applications and teams.
  • Maintain high availability of the platform ensuring 24/7 uptime and zero downtime during core business hours.
  • Implement robust monitoring, alerting, and performance optimization frameworks.
  • Develop and implement a disaster recovery strategy with a one-hour Recovery Time Objective (RTO).
  • Automate backup and restoration processes ensuring 100% data recovery.
  • Implement role-based access controls across systems and pipelines.
  • Enforce data encryption standards, including data at rest, in transit, and cryptographic key management.
  • Ensure compliance with corporate and industry security standards.
  • Integrate Okta Single Sign-On and implement OAuth/SAML-based authentication.
  • Manage secure authentication and authorization for developers, administrators, and service accounts.
  • Collaborate with Dev Infrastructure and Security teams to ensure alignment with enterprise standards.
  • Provide technical leadership, guidance, and mentorship to DevOps and platform engineers.
Qualifications
  • At least 10 years of experience in DevOps, Infrastructure, or Platform Engineering.
  • Proven experience as a Solution Architect or Senior DevOps Engineer handling enterprise-grade platforms.
  • Strong expertise with Bamboo, Bitbucket, Jenkins, Ansible, and other CI/CD tools.
  • Hands-on experience with cloud platforms AWS, Azure, or GCP for HA, DR, and backup solutions.
  • Deep knowledge of Identity and Access Management protocols, including OAuth, SAML, SSO, and Okta.
  • Strong understanding of Role-Based Access Control, data encryption, and compliance frameworks, such as ISO and SOC2.
  • Excellent problem-solving, architecture design, and stakeholder management skills.
