Job Opportunity

We are seeking an accomplished Solution Architect to lead the development of a cutting-edge data architecture for cross-product reporting solutions.

The ideal candidate will possess 14-18 years of experience in data engineering and architecture, with a strong background in designing lakehouse/warehouse architectures and event-driven data pipelines at scale.

The role requires expertise in Azure data stack, including ADLS Gen2, Databricks + Delta, Synapse pipelines, Azure SQL/PostgreSQL, Purview, Key Vault, and Power BI.

The Solution Architect will be responsible for defining a canonical insurance data model, establishing robust data contracts, and designing multi-tenant data isolation and security strategies.

Key responsibilities include building the ingestion and transformation layer, standing up the semantic layer, and instituting data quality and observability practices.

The successful candidate will also own governance & compliance, drive performance, reliability & cost, publish the tooling roadmap, and enablement through reference implementations and style guides.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills are essential for this role, as well as the ability to run design reviews and mentor teams.

Required skills include proficiency in Azure data services, data modeling, and data governance.

A bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred, along with relevant work experience.
