**Job Summary**

This role involves leading product development and implementation to maximize revenue and optimize cost across Debit Cards products. The ideal candidate will develop a product strategy to drive business growth, leveraging data analytics and Artificial Intelligence to ideate targeted interventions.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Building customer-centric value propositions to increase spends and profitability.
  • Streamlining end-to-end onboarding experiences for seamless customer journeys.
  • Tracking product-wise spends and metrics to inform strategic decisions.
  • Leading focused campaigns to enhance brand visibility and drive sales.

**Requirements:**

  • Minimum 6+ years of experience in consumer-facing product management, preferably in card product management at a leading bank.
  • Ability to keep customers first and construct a product roadmap for existing and new product launches.
  • End-to-end delivery capabilities, including creating PRDs and BRDs, making design decisions, and analyzing post-launch metrics.
  • Data-driven approach, with expertise in statistical techniques for experimentation and analysis.
  • Effective stakeholder management, including negotiation, conflict resolution, and channel management.
  • Long-term vision, with strong oral and written communication skills to articulate customer and business needs.
  • Ability to source and manage alliances with merchants, card networks, and fintechs.

**Qualifications:**

  • 7-15 years of experience in cards product management, with an understanding of competitive frameworks and regulatory guidelines.
  • Experience in payments products or card products is an added advantage.

**Education:**

  • Full-time Masters Degree from a Tier 1 B-School (Majoring in Finance/Marketing/Management/Business Administration).
