Cost Planning Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
- Understand architectural drawings to prepare detailed cost estimates
- Utilize Revit/AutoCAD for planning and estimation
- Engage with vendors, analyze costs, and manage procurement inquiries
- Conduct site visits to validate project costs and address challenges
- Track project progress and maintain updated pricing information
- Develop best practices and ensure compliance with tax policies and company regulations
- 3-5 years of experience in project costing/estimation, preferably in the construction industry
- Proficiency in MS Excel and knowledge of Revit, AutoCAD
- Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work independently
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Civil, Electrical Engineering or equivalent; Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) is an asset
- Will to travel as required
