Visual Experience Creator

We are seeking a highly skilled creative professional to design captivating visual experiences across web and mobile platforms. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in graphic design and/or UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing their skills.
The successful candidate will be responsible for creating engaging designs, social media creatives, ad banners, and marketing collateral that align with brand identity while ensuring usability and conversion optimization.
- Design websites, dashboards, and mobile app interfaces that are intuitive, user-friendly, and visually appealing.
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and design mockups to communicate interaction and design ideas.
The ideal candidate will have proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Sketch, or InVision, and knowledge of responsive design, typography, color theory, and layout principles.
They will also have a strong understanding of UX research methods, prototyping, and usability testing, and the ability to explain design rationale to stakeholders.
The role requires a balance of creativity, user-centered thinking, and technical design expertise.
The ideal candidate will be able to work night shifts aligned with US business hours and have a willingness to innovate with fresh ideas to strengthen brand identity in global markets.
Success metrics include delivery of high-quality designs and interfaces within project timelines, improved user engagement, usability scores, and conversion rates, consistent brand identity and visual storytelling across platforms, and positive stakeholder feedback.
