Senior Scientist- DMPK

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Scientist to join our team in the field of DMPK. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing and executing studies to support antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) and monoclonal antibody (mAb) programs, from discovery through IND-enabling stages.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute DMPK studies to support ADC and mAb programs
  • Quantification of biologics using LC-MS/MS, MSD, and ELISA platforms
  • Apply advanced bioinformatics tools such as BioPharma Finder, MaxQuant, Spectronaut, and other relevant analytical software
  • Select ADC and mAb lead candidates based on DMPK profiling
  • Interpret complex DMPK data and provide actionable insights
  • Presentation and collaboration with cross-functional teams

The successful candidate will have a strong foundation in DMPK principles, including PK/PD, toxicology, and translational sciences. They will also possess excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively in a team environment.

Requirements:

  • M.Sc. (Biochemistry / Pharmaceutical Chemistry) or Ph.D. with relevant experience
  • 12-15 years of experience in DMPK or related field
  • Expertise in quantification of biologics and bioinformatics tools
  • Strong foundation in DMPK principles and toxicology
