Job Summary:

The ideal candidate will have expertise in handling ADME assays and HPLC/LCMS/MS. Responsibilities include sample processing, method development and validation, preventative maintenance, and calibration of equipment. This role requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and a passion for scientific presentation.

About the Role:

  • To participate in sample processing for PK and ADME studies
  • Processing of different matrices samples of PK studies
  • Optimization of test compounds manually and automated on LCMS/MS
  • Develop methods with the team lead
  • Independent handling of HPLC for UV-based samples analysis

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience in handling ADME assays and HPLC/LCMS/MS
  • Expertise in column selection, mobile phase selection, solvent preparations, and sample processing techniques
  • Strong understanding of drug metabolism and pharmacokinetics
  • Ability to develop and validate LC-MS based qualitative/quantitative methods
  • Candidate is expected to have basic understanding in interpretation of Mass/UV Spectra

Education:

  • M. Pharm in Pharmaceutical sciences, Pharmaceutical Analysis who has interest and passion for LC/MS related bioanalysis
