We are seeking a high-caliber Senior Quality Engineer

The ideal candidate will have excellent knowledge on Automation.

Location: Remote/Hybrid

Timings: Flexible IST - IST (International Time Zone)

The Senior Quality Engineer will be responsible for ensuring the quality of software products through effective testing strategies and automation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proven leadership in designing and executing end-to-end test strategies for critical business initiatives.
  • Expertise in test automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright) and integrating them into CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions).
  • Hands-on experience with AI-powered testing and analysis tools (e.g., test generation, risk prediction, smart reporting).
  • Deep understanding of secure software development and automated security testing practices.
  • Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, DevSecOps, and AI-driven methodologies.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.

Qualifications

  • Tertiary qualification in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or related field.
  • 10+ years' experience in software quality engineering, including large-scale, complex projects.
  • ISTQB Advanced or equivalent certification preferred.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS) and microservices architectures is highly desirable.

Required Skills

  • Demonstrated AI literacy and eagerness to stay current with advancements in AI and machine learning for quality engineering.
