About this role:

We are seeking a skilled and creative Visual Specialist to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Design high-quality visual assets such as social media posts, logos, banners, brochures, packaging, and marketing materials.
  2. Conceptualize and create motion graphics, GIFs, reels, and animations for digital platforms.
  3. Collaborate with the design and marketing teams to develop campaign visuals.
  4. Adapt designs across multiple formats including print, digital, e-commerce, and outdoor media.
  5. Edit raw video footage into engaging final outputs.
  6. Stay updated with current design and video trends.
  7. Manage multiple deadlines and deliver high-quality work that meets client expectations.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  1. Proven experience as a Graphic Designer and Video Editor with a stronger focus on graphic design.
  2. Strong command of Adobe Creative Suite – Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, CorelDRAW for graphic design; Premiere Pro, After Effects for video editing.
  3. Experience in social media content creation, branding, packaging, logo design, and ad creatives.
  4. Creative mindset with attention to detail, visual storytelling, and ability to translate ideas into designs.
  5. Strong communication skills in English and Hindi, with the ability to work collaboratively.
