Middle Mile Operations Leader

As Cluster Head Middle Mile, you will be responsible for leading our Middle Mile operations in Coimbatore. Your key objectives will include owning the onboarding and training of new partners, identifying and onboarding new partners onto the network, tracking and owning the performance of different partners in your cluster, conducting facility audits and solving operational gaps, and ensuring compliance with operational processes.

To achieve success in this role, you will need:

  • A graduate or postgraduate degree in any discipline
  • 3-5 years of experience in e-commerce logistics, preferably in Middle Mile operations
  • Experience in partner onboarding and training in Middle Mile and sorting operations
  • Prior experience working in Coimbatore or South India would be an asset
