E-Commerce Operations Expert
We are seeking a highly skilled E-commerce Operations Expert to lead our Middle Mile operations in Ludhiana. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to make a difference in the e-commerce industry by shaping the experience of customers.
The ideal candidate will have expertise in onboarding and training new partners, managing operations, and driving key operational metrics. They will also identify gaps and provide recommendations for process improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Onboard and train new partners for Middle Mile operations
- Identify and onboard new partners onto the network on an ongoing basis
- Track and own the performance of different partners in your cluster
- Visit facilities to conduct audits and solve operational gaps
- E nsure compliance with operational processes
- Owning and driving key operational metrics end-to-end and achieving performance targets
Requirements:
- Graduate or Post Graduate degree in any discipline
- 3-5 years of work experience in e-commerce logistics domain, preferably in Middle Mile operations
- Experience in partner onboarding and training in the Middle Mile and sorting operations
- Experience working in similar capacities in Jaipur or other areas of Rajasthan is a plus
- Experience in control tower and field operations is also desirable
