Strategic Ad Specialist

We're looking for a Freelance Ads Consultant to help us drive meaningful engagement at a global scale. The ideal candidate will be able to step beyond metrics and make a real difference in our mission to fuel free knowledge for the planet.
This role is not about flashy funnels or pushing products – it's about guiding smart ad strategy across Google, Meta & beyond, running small sharp experiments with purpose, and monitoring outcomes without losing sight of the mission.
You'll help us connect with people who care about knowledge, not just conversions. You'll craft thoughtful messages in a space where attention is earned – not bought.
The right person will:
- Manage ad budgets like an investor, not a gambler;
- Sell ideas, values, and purpose to the audience;
- Spot patterns in data that others miss;
- Work freelance, remote, and own their outcomes;
Work Setup
Part-time & flexible – async is welcome;
Remote – anywhere with WiFi and wit;
Collaborative – but low on meetings;
Outcome-focused – not time-tracked;
This role is for the ad expert who's tired of gimmicks, and ready to put their skills into something bigger than KPIs.
