Responsibilities in the Role

  • Expertise in IT infrastructure related field, preferably within an outsourcing or managed services environment.
  • Proficiency in Sterling file gateway (SFG), Sterling Integrator, IBM Connect Express, and IBM Connect Direct.
  • Experience working in Production support and Unix/Linux environments.
  • Skilled in certificate renewals, Disaster Recovery, and protocol management (SFTP, FTP, FTPs, HTTPS, S3).
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Messaging & File Transfer team member responsible for managing services on Messaging and file transfer technologies.
  • Effective management of MTS services to end users and application teams.
  • Project management, cost control, budgets, and optimization expertise.
  • Automation and best practices knowledge.
  • Critical escalation handling and resolution expertise.
  • Independent work capability, idea proposal, and global collaboration skills.
  • Comfortable working in challenging and stressful environments.
  • Infrastructure management and best practices knowledge.
  • Incident, Change, Request, and Release Management expertise.
  • Vulnerability management understanding.
  • Asset, license, and Capacity Management knowledge.
  • Resiliency, DR Process, and BCP understanding.
  • Project management, reporting, timelines, and dashboard publishing skills.
  • Resiliency tests/exercises performance and DR support expertise.
