Expert Polymer Sourcing Specialist

About this Opportunity
We are seeking a seasoned Procurement Specialist to oversee quality sourcing, cost efficiency, and vendor reliability for our polymer supply chain.
Main Responsibilities:
- Select and manage suppliers for recyclable polymers.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with vendors.
- Ensure timely procurement in line with sales projections.
- Monitor vendor performance and foster long-term partnerships.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance.
- Reduce costs through strategic vendor management.
Requirements:
- Minimum Qualification: Bachelor's degree (B.Com/BBA/BE in Chemical/Polymer preferred).
- Experience: At least 3+ years in procurement/sourcing, preferably in polymers, plastics, or raw materials.
- Familiarity with supplier networks globally.
- Strong commercial and negotiation skills.
- Demonstrated procurement savings or vendor achievements required.
- Candidates must undergo background verification before final hiring.
