Job Overview

The Program/Project Management Lead is a pivotal role that ensures successful delivery of programs or projects, aligning with strategic objectives.

A key responsibility is defining project scope, monitoring deliverables, and fostering effective communication among stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor progress, identify and mitigate risks, and ensure timely delivery of results.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to manage expectations and address concerns.
Professional Qualifications:
  • Possess expertise in program control services.
  • Demonstrate strong understanding of project management methodologies and frameworks.
  • Exhibit experience with risk management and mitigation strategies.
  • Utilize project management software for tracking and reporting.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in program control services.
  • 15 years full-time education.
