This role involves:

  • Collaborating closely with marketing and design teams to create engaging recruitment campaigns across digital and social channels.\
  • Using AI tools to ideate, draft, and scale content that resonates with diverse audiences.\
  • Curtailing and amplifying employee stories, culture content, and thought leadership across platforms like Instagram and career sites.\
  • Building and supporting internal communications, including employee referral campaigns and culture engagement initiatives.\
  • Providing hands-on experience with design tools like Canva and Adobe Photoshop, as well as AI-driven design agents.\
  • Experience in employer branding, recruitment marketing, or a related field within talent acquisition or communications.\
  • A social media mindset with a knack for creating engaging content that builds community across platforms.\
  • Strong storytelling skills to turn business needs into people-first messaging.\
  • A strategic mindset paired with a creative approach, thriving in fast-moving environments.\
  • Comfort working cross-functionally with marketing, design, and recruiting teams across global time zones.
