**Job Title:** Dynatrace Expert

We are seeking a seasoned professional with extensive experience in implementing and managing Dynatrace solutions. As a highly skilled Dynatrace expert, you will play a crucial role in deploying OneAgent to diverse environments, gathering requirements from application owners, and configuring monitoring tools.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deployment and Management: Deploy Dynatrace OneAgent to various environments and topologies, ensuring seamless integration with existing infrastructure.
  • Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with application owners to gather requirements and implement monitoring using OneAgent.
  • Configuration and Customization: Configure discovered application processes/services, create detection rules for log files, and set up alerting profiles for each application.
  • Integration and Development: Work with application teams to develop dashboards for critical transactions, integrate tools like Jenkins with Dynatrace OneAgent, and create management zones for each application.
  • Troubleshooting and Support: Troubleshoot issues with DT support and provide expert-level guidance to ensure smooth operation of Dynatrace solutions.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Dynatrace SaaS and Appmon Implementation: Proven experience in implementing and managing Dynatrace SaaS and Appmon solutions.
  • APM Tool Configuration and Maintenance: Expert-level knowledge in configuring and maintaining APM tools, including OneAgent.
  • One Agent Certification: Hold current certification for One Agent.
  • Programming Knowledge: Familiarity with Python and Node JS (desired).
