Job Description

Title: Associate Representative Sales (Executive Assistant to BD)

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Customer Relationship Management: Utilize a high-quality CRM (Salesforce) to manage customer relationships.
  • Administrative Support: Organize meetings, track attendees, manage calendars, and update records on the company portal.
  • Sales Facilitation: Support the sales team in facilitating sales and recording sales data.
  • Sales Analysis: Develop new sales analysis using data from CRM (Salesforce).
  • Monthly Sales Report: Create a monthly sales report.
  • Client Portal Management: Manage and respond to client portal requirements.
  • Documentation and Records: Provide thorough documentation and maintain administrative records.
  • Holiday Calendar Management: Update and manage the sales team's holiday calendar.
  • Data Accuracy: Follow up with sales leads and coordinators to ensure data accuracy in CRM (Salesforce).
  • Dashboard and Reports: Create dashboards and reports in Salesforce to understand team/management requirements.
  • Document Management: Update and manage documents in the sales portal.
  • Administrative Processes: Ensure smooth operation of administrative processes.
