We are seeking a seasoned Data or Business Analyst to join our data team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in managing master data sets, developing reports, and troubleshooting data issues with precision.

  • Responsibilities:

    • Create, update, and delete master data with accuracy.
  • User Management
    • Manage users and user roles efficiently.
  • Data Quality Assurance
    • Ensure high-quality imported data, collaborating with quality assurance analysts as needed.
  • Data Set Lifecycle Management
    • Commission and decommission data sets effectively.
  • Confidential Data Handling
    • Process confidential data and information according to established guidelines.
  • Reporting and Analysis
    • Develop and refine reports and analyses.
  • Reporting Environment Management
    • Design and manage the reporting environment, including data sources, security, and metadata.
  • Data Warehouse Support
    • Collaborate with the data warehouse team to identify and revise reporting requirements.
  • Data Integrity and Normalization
    • Promote initiatives for data integrity and normalization.
  • Software Assessment and Implementation
    • Evaluate new or upgraded software and assist in strategic decisions regarding system implementation.
  • Multi-System Reporting
    • Generate comprehensive reports from single or multiple systems.
  • Troubleshooting and Support
    • Resolve issues within the reporting database environment and reports.
  • Change Evaluation and Training
    • Evaluate changes and updates to source production systems.
    • Train end-users on new reports and dashboards.
  • Technical Expertise
    • Provide technical guidance on data storage structures, data mining, and data cleansing.
