Job Role

To ensure smooth running of plant machinery & equipment's and smooth functioning of the Maintenance Department for meeting planned production targets with desired quality within time.

KEY SKILLS

  • Well-versed in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Hydraulics, Pneumatics, Computers, and Automation.
  • Familiar with standardizing, evaluating, and controlling machine spares.
  • Familiar with work and quality systems such as ISO, TS-16949, 5S, and TPM.
  • Exposure to ERP systems like SAP and Oracle.
  • Knowledge of legal compliance (Factory Act) and environmental norms.
  • Troubleshooting, modifying circuits and mechanisms, procuring and maintaining spares, analyzing breakdowns, and implementing corrective and preventive actions, as well as system implementation.
  • Contribution to and working independently in the strategic planning of various maintenance functions.

FUNCTIONAL COMPETENCIES/ SKILLS

  • Excellent troubleshooting & analyzing skills.
  • Formulating, planning & executing comprehensive preventive, predictive & shutdown maintenance programs of machines.
  • Proficient in designing & reconditioning machine control panels.
  • Competent in Material Procurement ,Vendor development & negotiation.
  • Training & guiding maintenance crew.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

15 to 20 years of experience in maintenance department while working with manufacturing industries on below types of machines

  1. PLC based Special purpose machines
  2. Utilities like D.G. Sets, Air compressors, Cooling towers, Transformers, HT/LT switchgears
  3. Hydraulic & Mechanical presses.
  4. Material handling equipment's & conveyors
  5. Ovens & furnaces.

Candidates should have hands-on experience of around 15 to 20 years in maintenance department while working with manufacturing industries on below types of machines

We require candidates with B.E/Diploma (Mechanical/Electrical ) with Age: 35 & above.
